Haha, everyone who knows me knows that I'm a hardcore Oreo, but contrary to popular belief I DO listen to rap. Just not people like Lil Wayne *GLAES AT RACHELE AND DANI ♥♥♥*. I like Madlib, MF Doom, J Dilla (I'm kind of sad that I found out about him after he died... :'[ ), Quasimoto, Dangermouse, all those people and their random collaborations...Mark has just gotten me hooked on Jaylib (J Dilla + Madlib = Jaylib).

You guys...I miss my iPod. Like a lot. And this is only the 5th day of Lent. Having to deal with things and not being able to drown them out with Tool has sucked. :(
BUT! I'm determined. I'll probably forget after a few more days that I even had it. :)
I actually practiced yesterday. After my recital I...kind of took a break. A longer one than I was expecting. :P I started working on Saint-Saens again, but I'm trying to learn it as a totally new piece. I totally just didn't work on it enough. :\
Oh, and just so that you know what I've been talking about, this is it. That's the 1st movement, the only one I'm working on right now. She makes it look so easy, but that's really the way it's supposed to be played. :)
Oh, I'm also trying to do scales more, but we'll see how that works out. >_<
I had a freaking busy week this week. Recital + Black History Program rehearsals/performance = VERY tired Meg. I've actually been going to bed before 11:00 every night. >_>
