I just had my first Taekwondo lesson.
I have never been more aware of the fact that I am a hermit violinist who practices in one spot all day in my life.
I felt like I was going to throw up at one point.
So I may go back tomorrow. ^_^
I learned how to attack sketchy guys who grab me from behind. :D
