Joggin' Crazy
As of last night I am now the proud owner of an iPod and armband. Today is my long jog day so I decided to push myself to a whole new limit. With my tunes playin' and my shades down I jogged from my house to the Nursing Home: 9.5 miles. BaZam. I feel great. It was really weird to even start to slow down; I work tonight so hopefully the walking will help my legs stretch out even more so they aren't sore tomorrow. It was a great, great feeling and I am totally going to do a half-marathon at some point in the next year or two. Also, Generic Cheerios are amazing. They truly are.
