Pitch really needs to be more careful where he throws his snowballs. At least no one was seriously injured. I took the guy he hit, Gate, to City Hall for sentience testing. I feel bad about not warning him, especially after the way he looked when he came out, but I have a feeling even a warning wouldn't have helped. I dropped him off at a hostel. Hopefully he'll be okay.
