Obsessed...
Oh my word people! It's been like three days since I've posted in here!!!!!! Here is the reason......Adobe Photoshop! I completely blame my cousin Erin for sending me the program. You know how I am a total icon-whore? Well, now I can make them......look out world!
Anyways, I won't bore you with all the details of my icon-making......just suffice it to say that basically, that is what my weekend consisted of LOL! It's like I can't even get five feet away from my computer! I even cancelled class with the kids.......I'm a sad, sad teacher, I tell you....
I did see a movie this weekend (see, I moved away from my desk for a little while!)....The Wild...
It was really very cute! I love cartoon and kids movies, and this one fit the bill perfectly. I loved that Kiefer Sutherland was the voice of the main character because I have always had a thing for his voice.....it's just so durn sexy! A thing I like to do when I watch cartoon movies is try to figure out who the voices are.......and we figured them all out by the end! Janean Garofolo and Shatner were there, and the hilarious Koala Bear voiced by Eddie Izzard! Here's the reason I love kiddie movies: happy endings! I am so a happy -ending kind of girl I've realized.....I can't stand a movie where it all ends wrong. I can appreciate the wonder of film-making and love wierd, off-beat, indie movies......but they need a happy ending. I get depressed otherwise LOL! Anyways, if you have children (or if you are a closet cartoon movie lover like me), then I highly recommend this one!
Does anyone have any good book recs? I went to the library on Saturday and looked forever, and aside from the book I had on hold, I left there with nothing! I need something new.......hook me up!
