Wastes Of Money...
Well, my aunt and I went out for our yearly birthday extravaganza today, being that my birthday is one day before her birthday this coming up week. We always have a great time going to eat and to the movies and such......you know, just spending the day together. Well, we decided on a whim (being as there are no freaking movies at the theater we really want to see), to go see The Grudge 2.
It sucked! I know, did I really expect it to be good? No, I didn't, but still.......it could've been better than this! At least The Grudge 1 had a plot! This ridiculousness was just a bunch of creepy scenes (notice I said creepy, not scary) strung together, and then they tried to make sense of it at the end. Honestly, it didn't work. I was completely confused, not to mention grossed out! Case in point, there was this scene where this completely random tertiary (and that's stretching it LOL) character drank a jug of milk in one gulp while making scary eyes at this other girl, and then proceeded to regurgitate the milk back into the jug. I kid you not........I almost hurled. Anywho......needless to say.....I do not reccommend this movie!
Then we went back to her house and rented Scary Movie 4 on PPV, cause we wanted a good laugh.......
I know, it's supposed to be raunchy and there are some really funny parts in it, but mostly, when it was over I thought......why did I watch this??
Oh well.....now I'm redeeming my movie watching with the Hallmark movie, The Trail to Hope Rose! I know this is crazy, but I looooove Hallmark Channel movies! Yes, they are pure cheese, but they are bits of fluff that brighten my otherwise dreary life LOL! I love fluff and cheese.......I just can't help myself!
Well, I gots ta hit the hay pretty soon......church in the morning! Hope you all are having a lovely weekend!
