I went on a run yesterday (the four mile loop but I think it's more like three) and it was tough but not too bad.
I went on the same run today and I did the run fine, I thought it was easier than the day before... but as soon as I stopped running my body decided to just stop. I have about a gazillion blisters of doom, my muscles are aching and I'm exhausted.
Perhaps a sign exercise is unnecessary? Or maybe I just need to exercise more :(.
