(no subject)
Okay, so I like to do some pretty silly things with my friends. And I like Doctor Who a lot. Now that we've established these facts, I can move on.
There's an episode of Doctor Who called Blink and here's the trailer:
It's, possibly, one of the most terrifying episodes of any tv show ever. When I first watched it, I had to go sit in my sister's room for 20 min until I felt like I could be by myself again. It's creepy. The villains of the episode, as you might have picked up from the trailer, are stone angels and if they touch you, you die (it's a bit more complex then that) but they can only move when no one is looking at them, if you look away, or if you blink.
Then, yesterday, my friend who I've been watching all of the DW episodes with found a stone angel in Waterville that looked like the one from the show. So... tonight, at 11pm, we're watching the full episode in the scariest place we could think of on campus (the second floor dance studio above the theater where *supposedly* someone died) and then going to the graveyard at midnight, standing in front of the angel and *blinking*.
Yeah.... we're dorks.
