I am wondering if I should sort them into "words which are a lot alike" and "words which have letters with keys too close together on the keyboard", because sometimes I use the right word and it gets typed wrong. I hope this happens to other people, too.

See the entry for Charlotte. "They" usually means more than one, and Charlotte is singular, in more ways than just grammar.
