deer
At about 6:30 AM today, driving with my two co-workers to release a cat that we had fixed, I saw a deer get hit by a car, we pulled over and ran to help, the deer was still alive and couldn't get up... broke my heart :-( The cops were called and wanted to shot the deer, there was no way in hell we were going to let them do that! We called everyone we could think of to help us help the deer, Dr. Cameron, a vet the shelter I work at uses alot, told us that if we could get the deer to him, he would do everything that he could... luckly Town people were called and were happy to help, they put the deer on their truck and followed us to Dr. Cameron's office where the deer, was calmed down and will be ok!
