More about movies.
I just got my new Entertainment Weekly in the mail today and I thought I'd share the EW ratings of movies that are in theatres right now:
Cellular.................................C+
Criminal.................................B-
Hero.....................................B+
Mr. 3000.................................B
Resident Evil: Apocalypse................D+
Silver City..............................C
Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow....B
Vanity Fair..............................B
We Don't Live Here Anymore...............B-

Overall it looks like everything out there is pretty average, nothing fantastic. Resident Evil: Apocalypse sure didn't get a very high score at all which disappoints me because I was looking forward to this movie since I first saw the teaser trailer. I guess some people's opinions of this movie weren't completely unjustified. This train of thought somehow makes me want to watch Blade 2...
In other "Top Movie" news, the hightest grossing zombie movie of all time is Dawn of the Dead, accumulating $26.7 million in it's opening weekend. I have yet to see that. Gah. FYI: Dead Alive is number 9 on the list, grossing a mere $0.02 million. Now that movie, kicked ass...for the Lord!
