Wow.
Yes, I bought The Star Wars Trilogy Boxset on DVD yesterday. And, yes, I have already watched all three of them. And let me tell you, it's times like these that I wish I had a large hi-def TV and a six-speaker surround system, powered by a receiver that pushes huge wattage per channel so I could get enormous sound. Someday I'll be paying off a system that I can actually enjoy for myself.
If you're interested, read this for a review of the boxset and the visual and audio changes made to the trilogy. My geeky self was able to identify all but two of the alterations. That makes me proud. :) Return of the Jedi's final change had to be the most shocking but, like Bill Hunt of "The Digital Bits" said, it makes sense.
This is a must-own for any Star Wars fan!
