And the end of an ERROR!
I watched a lot of the inauguration today. It was great to see the excitement and joy of the people. The hope was palpable right through the TV screen. For the first time in eight long years I feel hopeful--like I've finally come out from under a black cloud and maybe there's a bit of hope and some sun peering through the darkness. I'm a realist. It's not going to happen overnight. However, I'm also realistic in that I know it would NEVER have happened with our former president. My word, in his final address to the nation, about all he could say was, "We haven't been attacked again". Well, Dubya, think on this:
Prior to 9/11, we were NEVER attacked.
What a happy, historic, blessed day. May God bless President Obama and our country!
