Great Life Changes that I think have saved my life...
NA.... Narcotics Annonimous.... I think it's the major support going on with me right now that I really think that has seriously saved my life. When I have moved back from Atlanta Ga, 5 years ago, my father kept tellin me that I needed to go to group meetings. I qouls tell him that I ddin't need to go through that and that everyting would be alright.... Well, since I really wasn't thinking clearly at that time, I didn't realize the importance of what group support would be for me.
Afer seeing so many screwed up situations with myself and people that i know closely in my life and that I have grown up a litttle more, I now know that it is very important for anyone who's got an addiction and they know that do, and as well are seeking help, seek out the local NA group meetings.
Over the years I have held in so much that I've have not really had any opportunity to to get out all those thoughts, I have finally found that sharing what I have felt, and how i've been hurt, and learing how to keep myself clean for LIFE.
