Weekend
Had a great weekend.
Saturday worked.
Saturday night went and watched the Subways at the Amplifier. They were brilliant :D Had a couple of drinks, and even danced (shame nobody would join me :P)
Sunday was BDO. Had heaps of fun. Discovered Henry Rollins and Mars Volta! Saw the Subways again and the Magic Numbers. The Magic Numbers were much more impressive than I expected them to be! Watched bits and pieces of other bands through the day (Wolfmother, Iggy, Kings of Leon). Then the White Stripes to finish. And I was in luck, The Subways were the only band that I couldn't see the stage for a bit. All the others I managed to find somewhere that I could see everything without tall people getting in the way :D

Monday was pretty lazy, sat around and read Memoirs of a Geisha. I couldn't put it down and finished it that night! Would love to see the movie but I think I will be disappointed. Went to see Munich that afternoon. Was a bit overwhelming and gory for me, most of the time I was crying!?! But it was also quite thought provoking.
Back home next weekend for the start of the 21sts! Disappointed I'm going to miss Robyn and Deb though :'(
