i own a house!
so its a done deal. i closed on my house on wednesday. it hasnt really sunk in that i own a home yet but i really cant believe it. im gonna start painting and cleaning hopefully on sunday. i cant wait to move out :o). i get to move my transam and my motorcycle out there and its gonna be sooooo much fun this summer. i canNOT wait and im so glad all the stress of closing, closing costs, inspections, etc is finally over. the next month or two ill spend fixing it up thennn im good to go!
