It's just big enough for 1-2 sims, although you could probably stuff a baby/toddler in there too if you really wanted to. 1.5 bathrooms.
There's a little garden to grow vegetables in, for delicious homemade cooking.
In the culinary career, which Julien is in and wants to reach the top of, you'll need creativity... so, easel. And some appropriately food-related pictures to decorate the otherwise plain bedroom.
