Sure. Here's a step by step instruction!

Basically, you do what's described in this tutorial, but with a slight twist.

1. Put the fixed sim(s) package file(s) in your SavedSims folder.

2. Run the game, make a new neighbourhood, and make the fixed sim(s) from the packages in CAS. Keep them at their original ages (you'll need a college to make the college sims). Just make a dummy sim or something to be a parent to teen Violet. It doesn't matter, you're not gonna keep anything in this neighbourhood anyway.

3. Close the game, open up the temporary neighbourhood. Follow the steps of the tutorial to navigate to the sim's facial structure. Unlike in the tutorial, however, there'll only be one line here.

4. Extract the facial structure, again as described in the tutorial. Save each one (if you're doing several) in a separate folder, give it the sim's name so you'll be able to find the correct one later.

5. Make a backup of your uberhood, then open it in SimPE. Find the sim you want to fix, and nagivate to their facial structure the same way as you did in step 4.

6. Again, there's only a single line here. Do as in the tutorial, and replace this line with the one you extracted before. Save, and you're done! Repeat for all sims you want to fix.

By the way, the tutorial I linked to can be used as is to fix Gilbert, his mother, and Jasmine Rai. If you've fixed any of the other broken sims through sim surgery yourself (Hal Capp, Jared Starchild, etc), you can also use this tutorial to make it genetic. :)
