Olivia Riley's grave?

So, I was making over some community lots in Belladonna Cove, and when I entered the art museum, I found Olivia Riley's grave (mother of Sally Riley and wife of Timothy Riley) just chilling there by the public phone. I certainly didn't put it there.

Anyone else found this, either in standard BC or in my uberhood? >_>
