Maxis Taste Dare 009: Monty Ranch Makeover!
So we decided to do this one in our MegaHood. Mercutio and Romeo have both gone to college, and Patrizio is dead, so Isabella lives there all alone right now and had a whole bunch of money. Good opportunity for a makeover, right? Mercutio will probably move back after college with his beloved Tybalt (:D), and though Romeo likely won't there needs to be room for Mercutio and Tybalt's future child(ren). Meanwhile, Antonio has remarried and his townie-wife is pregnant, but the twins are far from being college-age yet and there's just no room for another baby in their house, so why not move back home?
Thus, Isabella has done some major structural changes to the house and added a second floor as well, so there's now five bedrooms and five bathrooms!
First, the house as it looked before:

And after the makeover...
The house from the outside.
First floor. Most of the archways are gone, almost all the interior walls torn down or replaced. The left side has become a big kitchen/dining/living room area. The right side has two big bedrooms, two bathrooms and a couple of small hallways. Isabella's room and the outdoors decoration are mostly the same, though there's a better path leading to the stairs to the second floor now.
The additional bedrooms are left unfurnished both because we ran out of money, and because we haven't moved in anyone else yet and don't know who will own which room.
The second floor. The little useless bit at the top has been expanded into a small bedroom, and then there's another two sizely bedrooms with belonging bathrooms, one with a balcony. Also yet to be furnished.

Custom content used: Some plants from Wood4Sims2, some lamps and clutter from Around the Sims 2, some salvaged Castaway and Pet Stories stuff + Pescado's Bathroom Uses You.
