Not since the dawn of time has a question been so intriguing, so mystifying. We know H.G. Wells' first name; that was given to us quite plainly. But not once was this question discussed openly by the good people of Warehouse 13, and I wish to know why. Is it a secret of national security? Will knowing the answer rip open the walls between dimensions? Or is it because the Warehouse 13 writers didn't care?
The question, my friends, that has given many of us sleepless nights, is this: What does the G in H.G. Wells stand for?
Now, before you all clamor in with voices raised and hands wild for attention, let me give you some cold, hard facts. H.G. Wells, the one of our world (though perhaps not our hearts) is Herbert George Wells. Is that a stepping stone to base our theories on? Do we take that as definate parallel?
I submit to you, my dear peers, that her middle name is up to you. I have my own preference, but I wish to hear your ideas, your fancies. So, what say you all? Here's a chance to answer this ancient conundrum, and how nicely available is this space for dialogue.
Oh? You'd like me to start this meeting of minds, get the proverbial ball rolling? Very well. My personal choice is, quite simply:
Georgia. Helena Georgia Wells.
What's yours?
