(no subject)
Hey everyone! Sorry that my updates are so few and far between, but I guess I just don't have an interesting life. haha. I finally got used to my laptop and I am using it quite frequently. In fact, I rarely leave my bedroom anymore, except to go to the kitchen to get food and to the restroom. haha jk. My Mom and I just got home from Walmart and South Hills Kroger. Today is Day 1 of Attempt 2 at Weight Watchers for us. We went to Walmart and Kroger to get provisions for the week. Walmart has Cabot Sharp Cheddar Cheese, which is 50% Fat Free, but still tastes great, while Kroger has Boars Head brand meat. They have just about any type of meat you want, and it is all preservative free. I'm really going to work at this diet and try to get some weight off before college. I reached my breaking point when I made brownies last night.. a decision I came to immediately regret. haha.
Adrian came and picked me up yesterday at around 11:00 and we went over to Kanawha City to Memorial Hospital to the Dermatologist office that his Mom works in. The dermatologist is out of town this weekend, so we just hung out with his Mom and her co-worker. We went down to the cafeteria and ate lunch and just kind of BSed around for a while. After that, we went over to the hospital part and visited Adrian's great-grandmother, who is 93. She was admitted to the hospital on Sunday and isn't doing very well, so please keep her in your prayers. She is such a wonderful woman. I have known her all of my life. She lives beside my Mom's homeplace at the end of Campbells Creek. We then came back up the creek to pick up some cans to take to the recycling center from Adrian's grandparents' house and then swung back by the office to show his mom and her co-worker something on Adrian's laptop.
Things are going great with me and Mark, so far. Keep your fingers crossed! I really like him. He's a great guy! I haven't seen him since this past Saturday, but I think that he is coming up here either today or tomorrow. I drove to his house on Saturday and we hung out there for a while, before heading to Kanawha City to pick up a few things at K-Mart and eat at the cafe in there.
Well, I think that's as good of an update as I can come up with at this time. I will try to post more often, if people start leaving comments.
