1. Get some potatoes. yum.
2. BOIL THOSE SUCKAS! Or put them in the microwave. 9-12 minutes for 2 of them should do...
3. Throw them into a bowl and go MASHMASHMASHMASHMASH. Don't use a masher! Use a fork or something. You don't want completely mashed potatoes, you still want some chunkyness. I prefer to leave the skins on too, but you can peel them if you'd like... wuss.
4. After you're satisfied with the mashings, add the following:
A little bit of butter (however much you think a little bit is. Enough to satisfy your buttery craving. No butter also works too). You can substitute this for margarine if needed. Whatever.
About 2 large spoonfulls of cottege cheese (for 2 potatoes). Small or large curd, doesn't matter.
Some lemon pepper. How much is some? I dunno. Cover the pile of cottege cheese with it. mmmmmm
OPTIONAL - Some steamed broccolli! DELICIOUS!!!
5. Go MIXMIXMIXMIXMIXMIXMIX until it's all mixed together!
