Let them eat cake!
I almost killed someone last night while driving home. I was crossing the intersection of 1300 East and 1700 South. I had a green light and was certainly not speeding. Right as I reached the intersection this douche deluxe on his douchecycle almost literally jumped his bike in front of my car. I stomped on the brake and came within a couple of inches of turning this guy into a road pancake. The guy just kept going. I was just there in the intersection raging hard. I thought how wonderful it would have been to catch him and beat him to a bloody pulp and then steal his bike (because I want to get one). But then I realized that a guy who rides like that isn't going to be alive much longer. So I continued on my way.
I love bikes. Many of my friends ride bikes. I want a damn bike. But for god's sake, follow the rules of the road!
