(no subject)
Has anyone else noticed how awkward dogs are when they poop? They get all shaky in the knees and everything. It makes me laugh to think about it.
In other news, I spent the weekend up at my mom's house since my family in Canada drove down. Well, by which I mean that three of the five cousins came with my aunt and uncle, the oldest two left to run the family restaurant on their own. My youngest cousin is still in love with me (he's three) and was so excited when I arrived on Saturday that he brought all sorts of household items to me as gifts. (Our bottle of vinegar, refrigerator magnets, books, you get the picture). One of the other cousins that was there is my favorite. She's smart and sweet and the most honest girl I've met. She's also a budding scientist, which I truly have to support. I even told her that 'us scientists' have to stick together! I'm crossing my fingers for her as she's going to be applying to colleges soon.
I also bought my mom Paper Mario for her wii console, which is really REALLY fun. I'm sorta jealous, but glad that I don't have one because I'd do very little else but play games.
I'm tempted to have some wine but I can't really be sleepy while I work. I'm not like this Monday.

ps. I forgot: the uncle and the mom got together to discuss the other uncle and have decided to have a talk with him. Not sure on the outcome of that talk yet, but my mom is cynical in that not much will be accomplished by it.
