Presented here are the endings of a few highly workplace-appropriate novels available in my office's lunchroom. Take notes, fellas. This is how it's done:

Perhaps it had to do with Benedict’s arms around her waist, and the secure knowledge that he would always be there, whether or not she needed him. Or perhaps it was much simpler than that, and merely had everything to do with love.
from Constantino’s Pregnant Bride by Catherine Spencer

‘I do,’ she said huskily. ‘I feel the same way about you. Dione shot her bolt, and she lost. So did Roxanne. Can we put it all behind us?’
‘We already did,’ he said.
from The Billion-Dollar Bride by Kay Thorpe

Antonio closed her into his arms and met her warm green eyes. ‘I will never stop loving you,’ he promised her and she believed him, all her former insecurity long since cured by his love and care.
from Married by Arrangement by Lynn Graham

‘Yes,’ Amelia gasped again. A witty response was on the tip of her tongue, but so too was Vaughan, and coherence flew out of the window. ‘Yes, please.’
from In the Rich Man’s World by Carol Marinelli

Leaning into his tall, powerful frame, she let her soft lips open under the hungrily sensual onslaught of his mouth. She felt gloriously happy and loved. Home was inside the safe circle of his arms.
from The Mistress Wife by Lynn Graham

‘“Pleased” doesn’t begin to describe the depths of my love for you. I love you more than I can say, Jemma.’
‘Then show me again.’ She grinned, and he did.
from Bought by the Greek Tycoon by Jacqueline Baird

‘A large, executive-sized bed just through that door,’ he told her. With the urgent hunger of a lover, he carried her into the adjoining room, and into the rest of their lives together, with complete confidence in their mutual love.
from The Royal Baby Bargain by Robyn Donald

He took her into his arms and pressed his lips to hers, the smell of Christmas greenery surrounding them in the small church that had hosted their marriage born of love.
from The Greek’s Christmas Baby by Lucy Monroe

‘You can have a cup of coffee… when I’ve had you…’ Leon promised sexily.
from The Mistress Purchase by Penny Jordan

‘Oh, Vito - I love you so very much…’
He kissed her lips with soft reverence, his eyes lit with love.
‘And I you. For all eternity.’
Together they turned and walked away from the past, and into the bright future that awaited them.
from His Wedding Ring of Revenge by Julia James
