I use the TENS unit because I've been having muscle spasms, mainly in my legs, but also arms. I can't do anything about the ones in my neck or face (other than take the muscle relaxer, which I don't want to do) - can't use TENS on neck or face
bits of my face have been going numb, and my hands have reached the limit so I have to stop w/ the computer for a while... I can use the Dragon Speak, but it's probably best for me to walk away for a couple hours
I see the neurologist on Monday
