we found a cool little cheese shop in noe valley wandering around one saturday. i've developed and appreciation for sharp, aged goat cheeses.. french or spanish, very provencial, very artesianal. great stuff. i think you'd also like st. andre, which is a cow's milk triple creme,
its almost like butter -- warmed up spreads over herbed crostini, top with a light olive tapenade and prepare for a flavor orgy in your mouth.
speaking of orgies in your mouth, it would be super if you swang by sfo sometime, we could go to le quiche and drink cheap wine. ab fab, babe, ab fab. stay blaq.
