Houston is getting their asses handed

I'm on the verge of working full time. It's been a long while since I've worked 40 hours or more a week. It's been about a year and a half and when I was working full time before and it only lasted 2 months. This job is supposed to last me until the beginning of November. I'm going to be losing so much weight now... I won't be able to eat for so long. I'm hoping to learn how to eat breakfast again. I will hate working so much for the sake of my feet. I have to find a way to kill the pain. Painkillers will possibly do the trick, but I'm not looking to prescribe. My feet have already been suffering from standing for nearly 8 straight hours just 2 days out of the week. I already have a blister on my right foot that Scott found as I pretty much made him rub my feet. I was devastated to learn the news. Luckily, the blister was already on its way healing, so I'm a little relieved. I need some Dr. Scholls badly or really just something to cope with the pain because aside from the throbbing, I don't mind the job. I can do it for the next 5 to 6 months. But I don't like how I get Tuesdays and Sundays off. I was originally going to have Saturdays and Sundays off, but because of my mandatory AA and discussion/drug screening every Tuesday, it needed to be done. However, it's only going down for the next 13 weeks (3 down out of 16). So, after the 11th of August, I can have my weekends and parties back. We'll see what my mindset has come to by then. I may have obtained ethics of some sort... Maybe. We'll see.
I haven't even started working full time, but I've already got so much to go on about.

Anyway, if I didn't mention before, I have myself a free futon Scott and I retrieved from somebody on Craigslist. It's a piece of shit and day by day, it's deteriorating more and more. But it's good for him to sleep on and for me to be lazy on while watching TV.
Speaking of TV, I only had basic cable, but somehow, the other day, my mom realized we get a bunch of other channels that I haven't gotten in this place for a year or so. ESPN is something I truly missed which I get. TNT also so now, I get to watch the Boston and Orlando game later. Also, I get to watch Adult Swim on Cartoon Network. There just so happens to be new Aqua Teen on tonight. I'm very disappointed that I don't get the History Channel. But for $11 a month for cable, getting 25 channels beats the Hell out of the 13 I was getting before. They're fairly decent channels, too.

I've ranted enough for today, I suppose.
I am not looking forward to standing all day again tomorrow with my feet still aching...
