my cat dumpling.
Meat-filled chinese dumpling used to be one my least favourite food. But the ones I make are great ;D I learned the recipe from my Chinese co-worker. I actually made them for my family but ended up eating some because they smelled nice ^^; They are jucier and at least three times tastier than the ones sold at convenience stores. Yes that's why I've been neglecting LJ, being obsessed with watching the yeast and kneading the dough. Just kidding. There are just too much things I want to type out, but then I'm very busy sleeping and having nightmares...which I shall share with you soon. Meanwhile, enjoy the steamed cat dumplings XD
