My current H!P rankings :)
1. Mitsui Aika
I still love this girl, she's just to adorable for words. I think she just keeps getting better and, after looking at the picture from the last Hello!Blog poll, isn't she getting prettier. I know not everyone will see this but sometimes when she smiles she really reminds me of Nacchi. She's doing well for herself currently; solo song, new unit and upfront dancing in Shouganai Yume Oibito along side Koharu. Things can only get better for this girl. I've never wanted to support a girl so much before. Go for it Aika!
2. Niigaki Risa
I can't not love this girl. She's just beautiful. I love her voice the most in Morning Musume, there is just something about it, it's almost soulful. I think it has such raw emotion in it more so then any other girl in the group and it sure as hell stands out. She's also the one I enjoy watching the most in concerts, as she has so much energy and you can really tell she's giving it all, for example when she jumps it's higher then everyone else and you can just tell she enjoys what she's doing. Also it amazes me how mature she's becoming, she really has an adult feel to her nowadays. Something about Gaki draws me to her. Like I said, I just can't not love this girl
3. Michishige Sayumi & 4. Kamei Eri
Although it's once again Sayumi first and then Eri at the moment, these two are so interchangable for me. I'd say I like them about the same, just depends on my mood. They are both hilarious in their own ways and both good looking girls. Eri is without a doubt the better singer and dancer of the two, but Sayumi's talent for comedy is amazing like I said last year. Sayu may not be the best singer but she's better then she used to be and she's a pretty good dancer. Also Sayu has her dark side which may give her the cheeky edge over Eri. I do however think Eri is ridiculously pretty, I'd go as far as to say the best looking in the current line up. However Sayumi is the queen of cute. But what makes these two even better, when they come as a pair. SayuEri aka Aho KameShige.
5. Tsuji(Sugiura) Nozomi
This girl got me into H!P so how can she not be in my top ten. She's hilarious. I came across one of her English lessons (followed by dancing lessons with Nono) and I was hooked to the idiot queen. It's been amazing watching how she's changed, grown, developed as an idol and a woman. I'm so glad life is turning out well for her. She has a gorgeous husband, a beautiful daughter, a successful blog and a good career. I hope things continue to go well for her. It's mad to think she's only a year older then me though.
6. Yoshizawa Hitomi
I unlike many others do not have a girl crush on Yossie, however I do think her tomboy personality was very endearing (although I do think she's grown out of it now) She's such a pretty lady and someone I really admire. Such a strong person and character. I love her fashion sense and her singing voice (I think I'm a sucker for lower voices) Also she is another who without a doubt makes me laugh. Hello! Morning skits or Hello! Morning theatre anyone? When I watch them I laugh so much it hurts. A particular fav of mine is when her and Reina have to pretend to be lovers and go through several stages in their relationship, just hilarious.
7. Tokunaga Chinami
Chinami oozes charisma. She stands out in PVs and her smile outshines everyone. I don't think her voice is one of the best but it's ok within the group. However her personality makes up for everything. She's just so funny and energetic I find it impossible not to like her. So glad her hair is long now, it suits her so much more. It's strange but at times she reminds me of Ishikawa Rika.
8. Shimizu Saki
Captain! My captain! Well not mine, actually, Berryz captain. What happened to her this year I mean, she suddenly got ver, very pretty. Maybe it's the hairstyle, the eyebrows or maybe it's the fact she's gone through some puberty? Anyway she's gotten much prettier. I still proclaim that she is the best dancer in H!P, and I just find her awesome therefore she is in my list.
9. Suzuki Airi
The only C-ute member in my list and may I add that means she really jumped a few places in the C-ute rankings. I think this girl oozes talent, everything seems to come so naturally to her. I somehow stopped getting sick of her voice from hearing it so much and ended up loving it. I think that Buono is really where the love comes from though, not so much C-ute. To be honest I've been dissappointed with them this year so far. However Buono continues to impress me and so does Airi. The crazy thing is I think she still has potential to become even better. Woah!
10. Tsugunaga Momoko
Wow where did the chipmunk voice go? Oh it's over there in Berryz? However it's no way near as chipmunky as it used to be. Buono has done wonders for this girl. She's another one who oozes talent, very strong camera presense, good voice, good dancer (I put her second best in Berryz, captain being first of course). In think listening to the last few Buono singles you can see her singing improving drastically. She has more range then I thought she did. She makes me giggle which is always a huge plus (you may have noticed but a lot of the girls on the list make me laugh or really improve in some way or form) Anyway because of this she's my number ten. Sorry Miyabi you're not quite in the top ten, but you are number eleven.
