I'm really excited today I am going home. It's been almost 2 months and while that is not that long of a time, I am just really happy to be going home. I'm going home for Sarah's wedding which I know will be a really awesome, amazing and beautiful experience. This trip will be a lot of fun and very interesting due to two things: 1) my 21st birthday is less then a week away and my whole family is on high alert. My family being excited for my birthday makes me even more excited. 2) Travis is going home with me because he's my date to the wedding. Umm, can we just talk about how hilarious it is going to be watching Travis interact with my family? All of them already call him Spiderman (not my doing) which is so funny. Plus, there's the whole I'm bringing home a smoker with lip ring which I believe will translate into hilarity. And then there will be the shock factor of me getting a nose ring. I can just see it all happening and part of me is nervous (mainly to see how the parents react to the nose ring) but I'm just really excited.
In other news (and quickly because I need to finish a paper) life is really great. Super busy, but fabulous. I am in love with my internship and the people that work there. Bonnie, my supervisor, has got to be one of the greatest people in the world. I am constantly in awe of her and who she is. I could never describe it accurately, but it's knowing that you are in the presence of someone who is truly great at what she does. I know that I will learn so much from her. Plus it doesn't hurt that Will, the education guy whom I'm primarily working with, is quite attractive. It'll never happen (ok, maybe not never but it is highly improbable) but it will make going to work even more enjoyable then it is.
