I hate people sometimes.
For our discussion board in for my media and society class (online) we are discussing Bhutan's introduction to television. Bhutan was one of the last countries to be introduced to TV and everyone is all like "I can't believe they watch TV! It's ruining their country! It's so sad they accepted TV! All they do is watch mindless entertainment!"
Are we really that fucking arrogant?
Like we can handle TV, but they can't. Bottom line If they want TV then they should have TV. They can make their own choices and handle the consequences.
I basically wrote that on the board and now I am going to be called a bitch. Good times.
