SO today is first offical diet weigh in, which makes operation diet active for a 1.5 weeks, I started Tues but decided Thurs best weigh day. Not giving actual weights here as I have shame.
Doing Weight Watchers Online, as local meetings are awkward to get to regularly and I feel more positive having some external commitment. Don't worry I wont be posting weekly updates, or not once I'm settled into plan ;)
Current State of Me = Loss 9lbs
This despite going out for a meal and scoffing a giant slice (recorded) of Chocolate Birthday Cake!
Know first week is no guide as it's the biggest change to eating habits BUT it's a positive start.
A loaf of bread has never lasted as long in this house! No lazy sarnie meals, actually making something before work and for work - again not sarnies - or only sarnies onces a week. Stir-fry central - if this diet teaches me anything it'll be to properly measure rice to boil *giggle*
