Turns out even Japan is recognizing the dire situation -- and likely imminent collapse -- of ALL tuna species on the planet.

If you know anything about Japan and its culture (and having lived there 2 1/2 years, I think I know a few things) then you recognize just how immense -- and likely urgent -- this move is. And hey, what they've done isn't nearly enough -- but crikey -- I'm happy for a start.
