today was just WONDERFUL
-the grad school put a lovely big lump-sum of money in my account today for my trip...welcome to the United States of Olivia!
-there is a giant papier-mache of john howard's head on a spike currently residing in my office due to the student elections, i can poke my tongue out at him and swear and throw things...
-i'm in the middle of writing a lecture that i'm giving next week and it's fucking interesting if i do say so myself. i love my work.
-i feel complete closure regarding my ex-boyfriend. fuck love, all i need is affection. been sharing my bed with a charming friend who is so sweet it KILLS me...
-stayed up last night playing zilch and drinking tea on the veranda with my awesome housemate jemma...river views are where it's at.
