Is it nice in your snow storm, freezing your brain?

Wow, I'm pretty much getting paid to work out. After my first day, my whole body ached but in that good "I got exercise, yay me" sort of way. Especially my arms. My job is basically to wave, bounce around, and be a dork for hours on end and try to get people to smile, wave back, or if I'm really lucky honk their horn. It's actually a pretty good exercise in trying to get over my fear of looking undignified too.... to say the least, lol! It actually feels really good every time I get a grin or a wave. Don't try and avoid eye contact with wavers! Grin and wave. It makes our job way more satisfying. Getting to listen to whatever music we want sure helps too. I have a pretty eclectic play list going that helps keep me going!

Sadly though I didn't get my hours today. :/ My boss said if it's below 40 degrees and snowing (it was 25 degrees and indeed snowing) I could go home. I said I wanted to try anyway and went for it, but after a half hour I had to come in. Even with the gloves I was losing feeling in my fingers while they hurt at the same time and it was scaring me a little. I did get a few waves and smiles before I had to go home though! But mostly looks of disturbed pity, which isn't quite what we're going for. Dang weather. :P *sends the snow to Amarin!*
