We shall go to town

Comics? Yes we can has! Practically right around the corner, downtown, there's an awesome little comic shop that not only carries independants, but is familiar with them and everything! <3 We have found our new comic book guy. He even bemoaned how long it takes David Mack to come out with issues, and that he can't be bothered with details like how each issue is hand painted in watercolor. ;D He reads Fables too. I like this guy. However, we're gonna be good and just wait and get the collections rather than the independant paperbacks. Except Echo, because I dunno... we're not quite sold on it enough yet to desire a collection. But yeah, this is way more like it. A comic book store isn't a real comic book store if there's not at least two guys debating the quality and relative worth of the movies compared to graphic novels/series while you browse.

Also, last night we let the bunnies roam loose all night. I was satisfied with the bunny proofing, and they is some happy bunnies. ^_^ They're so much more relaxed and happy in general when they're not locked up every night. <3 I wish Bowie had gotten to enjoy the new place too...

This little quiz amuses me. Particularly it says there's 1 or fewer people in the states with my full name. Or fewer? The quiz doubts my existance! Also, there are apparently 15,266 people in the U.S. who share the first name Sheree. Neat! I just wonder how many different ways we pronounce it. ;)

In far less fun news, I found this article about John McCain the Third very interesting if disturbing. I'd been of the opinion that he used to be a great guy, then somehow lost his mind. But to listen to what his fellow POWs and friends have to say about him... this is nothing new. Wow...

silly, politics, me wantee, bunnahs, fangirl moment
