Jump they say
I'm heading to bed in a minute here, I just wanted to say first that today was awesome. With the exception of like 2 boxes, some furniture we need, and one small pile of clutter, the place is clean open and beautiful. Using some cut up cardboard boxes we bunny proofed the entire place then after months of captivity set the bunnies loose. I have NEVER seen Daphne so hyper! She was making Unut look laid back, and that takes some doin! They were running and skipping and so very happy! It was an awesome thing. Unut even settled in for getting pet for a long while, back to his old cuddle-slut self. <3 We missed them so much and it's awesome to see them so happy after all that's happened. We're taking it slow, just letting them out while we're awake and paying attention for now in case anything was overlooked. They adore running in and out of the bedroom and lounging in the doorway. I took a few pics. I need to do a major pic update someday soon.
I love our new home. It's sunny, roomy, wonderful layout, decorating is fun, and happy bunnies and reptiles! OH! Which reminds me, Amarin called today and guess what! Our old apt complex just started evicting people with pet snakes. So, yeah, timing! They're being real classy about it too, letting folks know when they come in to renew their lease that no, they may not renew their lease because of their pets. Amarin's getting out too, thankfully, so her snakes and birds will be in her new house very soon! Grats Amarin!!
