Shapes of Things
So yes, basically yet again in agreement with naamah-darling in regards to the whole contraception = abortion stupidity. She tends to sum things up nicely when she's pissed about important WTF issues. And as with last time I linked to a post like this... so not work safe due to very colorful and apt language. Lots of interesting stuff in the comments too. Some of which is interesting, some scary, and a lot of IAWTC. I have, btw, signed the planned parenthood petition.
There is a store in the Springs called Vacuums and Dragons. They sell vacuums and swords. I find this awesome.
No further news on the lion-dog on the loose, which means I assume that they found and caught nothing. I think whatever it was, the owner already rounded up. If it was a lion, very quietly since all legal ones had been accounted for.
We had a great day today! We had lunch with my sister (omg yummy sammiches!), then went hunting for comic book stores with my brother. We also found a really nice little reptile shop in which a young enthusiastic child adorably lead us around to show off the new arrivals there and tell us which ones he'd held. ^_^ They had some gorgeous animals and were all very well cared for! A big male beardie gave us a head bob of greeting, and a tiny baby berm made me wish they stayed that tiny. :P
Also, more Guitar Hero ensued. And Rush was on The Colbert Report. Also, the History Channel remains awesome. I watched a program today breaking down the psychology of Batman. <3
This is the kind of post that happens when I'm distracted and thinking about dozens of things at once. :P
