Up the hill backwards
SO sleepy... I'm trying to adjust and get up earlier to get more done, but there's always a few days of zombiness to overcome when doing this. I could fall back asleep right now, and all I accomplished this morning is groggily googling pictures of cuttlefish because I'm a weirdo and cuttlefish are kyoot and amazing. I'm obsessing. I rename them cuddlefish, that's how cute they are.
Thanks to ngb2k and padparadscha for bringing Alien Planet and Extraterrestrial to my attention. Yay creative biology!
Yesterday, running errands, Ganesh decided he'd had enough of the 110 degree heat and leapt from the dashboard to the shade of under the driver's seat. He's unharmed, and I don't blame him at all. The heat is ridiculous. :P
Ma-tsu's stitches are out, and she's got a weird spot where a parasite died but it looks good. She's *still* taking her time to shed. Our fantabulous vet and I exchanged e-mails and are going to keep in touch which is so wonderful because I do consider her a dear friend. I'm beyond glad we're not going to lose touch. I also got to see her new *beautiful* albino gopher snake, a sweet angelic young thing and am helping her come up with a name for the sweet girl. :)
Today, Daphne ran up to my foot, licked it, and ran away. <3
I am so tired. I need to pack and throw more stuff out, but all I want to do is sleep. Urgh.
