I still live! I've just been in a fog... my eye is doing better, must be sinuses or allergies or something. But I'm still very out of it. Yesterday I tried to type up an entry discussing the concept of karma. I got 3 lame sentences in before going. "...words bad... brain no work so good..." and sinking into a blissful WoW coma. My head feels full of cotton. Cotton that is not used for thinking.
I love "run around and do quests" games for when I'm feeling like this, and I'm very grateful we finally dug into WoW. Especially since family bonding ensues! My mom and brother just got the free trial, and my brother in law is already in there so I made a character for his server. Yes, we are a family of nerds. Good to be the geeks. :) Also got to visit with Amarin yesterday. YAY, she still lives too!
So, I do have a lot to do and very little of it is getting done because I am so blah. I mean, I'm okay just out of it. If I spend more than 5 minutes staring at something blankly it's time to do something else till I get out of that state. But I am feeling inspired again. So much so, I started to get all teary while counting japa today. Not allergies or sad weepy, but happy weepy. Life is beautiful.
We've been researching cars again, and there's no way in hell we could afford a hybrid even with credit but the Toyota Yaris hatchback is looking like the best deal price/MPG wise. Also, it is quite cute and comes in Bayou Blue <3. We don't need extras as "OMG, car with air conditioning, tunes, and it works! YAY" is pretty much our take. We're looking into leasing, buying, whatever is the best deal for us ultimately. It would be awesome to actually pick out our first car together... <3 We've never gotten to do that, have a car that was ours (or at least 'ours' as in pretending it doesn't really belong to the bank/leaser like most people do) and we picked out together. That's exciting. We just have to be sure any insurance covers theft because... you know... we live in Phoenix.
