Just sittin' and waitin'
Well, although I've posted comments on other peoples' LJ's I've neglected to update my own. I still hate these things but I'm a modern girl so I have to get with the game.
6 more weeks until our next generation arrives, if all goes according to schedule. We do know its a he, and his room is all ready and waiting for him to arrive. It's all very exciting and I can't wait to give him his first cuddle.
Work has been a four letter word. I've been studying. I've suffered losses of friends and family more this year than the whole last five put together. We lost one cat to a hit and run driver several months ago and now our youngest 9 month old cat has broken his hip. He had surgery the other day and is recovering well, but it's all a drama.
On the good news front, my muse has been clamouring for attention and if I can find the time I'm ready to start writing again. It's been a while.
I'm looking forward to the release (in Aus) of Trust the Man, Mr Dulovely's latest offering on October 26th.
