I had waaaay too much fun investigating recipes for the tasting menu and haven't *quite* gotten around to doing the writing to pull them all together. Look for something Monday afternoon, I hope. In the meantime, ponder the thought of ... Split Pea Soup with Bacon and Rosemary with a side salad of pea shoots with fresh peas in a sesame oil/rice vinegar dressing.
