ok, so yesterday i got a call about an apprenticeship to which i applied at the walnut street theater in philly. turns out they didnt think i was all that terrible and they did a phone interview.
one of the oh-so-charming questions that they asked me was "how do you deal with stress?" uhhh.... i said i go to the gym. which is true... to a point. but i figured eating large amounts of ice cream and drinking large quantities of alcohol (but not in the same evening) would not exactly scream HIRE ME!!!
yeah... so that was fun.
but they want me to come down for an in-person interview in a few weeks. yay! time to go visit miss quara!!!!! yay!!!
kuddos to that.
and even if i dont get it, its nice to know that im at least considered hireable.
the future is suddenly looking not so awful and scary...
