[He's speaking in a particularly bright tone, and although you can practically hear the sly grin on his face, he sounds rather friendly overall.]
Alright, I'd like to make sure we're all on the same page here.

I'm guessing everyone's figured out that this place has gotten a lot more... normal lately, and that if you'd been seeing or hearing anything screwy before, it's mostly gone now. And I'm kinda generalizing everyone here because I haven't gotten any information otherwise, but I know I haven't talked to all of you. So if you haven't found any of it to be true... if you weren't seeing and hearing anything you couldn't explain, or if you still are, please tell me. It could be pretty important, you see.
I'm also curious about what you guys think about what's been going on in the city on a more straightforward basis. These important people the whole place has been gushing about for a week or so have apparently arrived here. I think we've got plenty reason to be suspicious of them, or at least that they've got stuff to do with something noteworthy. I haven't actually seen them yet-- have any of you seen them, or met them? If you have-- or actually even if you haven't, how's that?-- I'd like to hear your opinions on them, 'specially if you've got anything you think might be particularly important to say.
