[Luke's health has quickly declined ever since the symptoms of the plague showed up on him. As time passed, it felt like the sickness was moving from a nasty flu to something much worse. The black spots he found on him were a clear indication of what he had, even though he wasn't ready to admit it.
He wasn't dying. He wasn't. He just had to focus on getting better, that's all.
