(no subject)
Hai everybody~
So I did end up going to 30 Rock last night (I missed the last 10 minutes of SNL...anything funny happen? I didn't miss anything epic, right?). And if you're hoping that I got a pic of Sharkboy, keep hoping. The little wuss was a no-show. I think one of the security guards said he already left through some magical tunnel through the back closet of Narnia or something. I had a line to yell out all ready and everything! Didn't he want to hear me say 'where the hell have you been, loca?' *sadface*
Well, on the bright side, I had my celebrity encounter while here in NYC - and it wasn't Jon Gosselin! \o/ I saw a few of the SNL cast so that was pretty cool. :)
The first (recognizable) person to come out was Jason Sudeikis. He stood around with his friends (???) for awhile but then came over and took some pictures with fans. There was a family on our side of the fence who kept screaming it was someone's birthday and to come take pictures. It was hilarious because they told everyone after he left that it wasn't really anyone's birthday - they kept up the charade with every cast member who came out. Oh, and this family also kept calling him Seth Meyers. *cringeface*
Next was Jenny Slate.
In case you don't know who she is...because I sure didn't recognize her... :P
Then Will Forte came out and took loads of pictures with people also. MacGruber!
Then for some reason...Lorne Michaels... He didn't acknowledge anybody. He's too good for that.
Fred Armisen - he didn't stick around either. He waved briefly and left. But then he came back with a camera and started taking pictures of the crowd. Then he left again. It was very weird.
And that was it.
Now I'm going back to bed. I got home at 2:30 AM, woke up at 6:30. WTF?
