Understand I've never, in my life, studied French.

I think you're saying this:

I understand Greek. I am Australian, living in Sydney. I work in Cooma. Something (ice?) is very delicious.

OR... the first three sentences could be (based of my translation of French):

Capisco un Greco. Sono Australiano, io vivo a Sydney. Lavoro a Cooma. L'ghiaccio e molto squisita. (Excuse my bad grammar - it's been almost 10 years since my last Italian language lesson and I didn't use Babelfish. At all.)

Languages are good :D

Although, I have the fun task of re-learning Mandarin, which I have not used since I was 12 (back when I was almost conversational), before August - or at least relearning enough to get by.

Wow. Restecp! Mandarin is all kinds of hard...

I have a habit of speaking in a drawn out monotone... I don't know if I'd actually get my mouth around a tonal language... :D

I'm one of 'those' people. Languages come easy as pie to me. Unfortunately, so does money (i.e. financial math). And being an accountant is more viable (but does give me an opportunity to use languages should I become conversational/fluent in them).
