I did it!

Two months ago, I started a technology training program for my library. I adapted it from a program run by another library, but in doing that I had to rewrite a great deal of it. Not to mention all the non-work time (in other words, not paid) I spent chatting with participants and walking them through their assignments. Tonight, I wrote and posted the final assignments for the program. Now granted, they have until the 23rd to finish and I have a couple of staff game nights to run before -I'm- officially finished, but as of today I consider my first program a success.
